Cecil is our guest artist for August/Sepember 2025
Cecil paints in a variety of mediums and styles. He has a mastery of color, and uses variation in color, line, and edge to portray his subjects with an almost dreamlike quality. Cecil is a local artist and a member of the Billings Arts Association and the Billings Urban Sketchers.
