Lana is an eastern Montana native – She left her career in banking and followed her passion for art and painting to Sandstone Gallery, becoming a member in 2004..

Her chosen medium is watercolor; however, experimenting with the technique of ink/alcohol she developed her “signature style” of adding an air of mystery to her paintings. She has received recognition and awards in area art shows in contemporary and abstract categories – Her work in watercolor won her the “People’s Choice Award in 2013 & 2014 at The Rocky Mountain Regional Exhibit in Red Lodge.
